BACKFairfax & Sammons wins Inaugural Preservation Award

Fairfax & Sammons won a preservation award for their restoration and addition in the historic district of Lake Worth, Florida. "J Street" consists of two circa 1920's buildings, one Federal and one Mediterranean Revival. Both buildings were in an uninhabitable state when the project commenced. The Federal building at the front of the lot is a single-family house and the rear is a two-story carriage house with three one-bedroom apartments and a one-car garage.
