New Row of Townhouses

Urban development project consists of a row of seven, fifteen-foot wide, single-family townhouses located in downtown Brooklyn. We were commissioned to design the facades of these seven townhouses, with the major design challenge being the narrowness of the lots, which are just fifteen feet wide. This allowed for two-bay houses to break the monotony of the row we did. Bow fronts on every other house allowed for three-bays, while the other houses got an octagonal bay to the garden.
